Cocom intends to COnnect COMmunities for co-city living by offering Property-as-a-Service (PaaS). We place accessibility above ownership ensuring the optimal use of existing space, in and around properties. Our dynamic approach towards property enables a property-usage model that allows anyone to “Live Big and Spend Small”. Maintaining this circular interpretation of property, we wish to empower both hosts and guests, as well as prolong property lifecycles, thus improving personal growth and sustainability.

Your challenge

As an office assistant at Cocom you are responsible for the backoffice and administrative organisation of the company. With strong supportive skills towards the team and towards the clients you are able to organise financials and payroll. Keep close contact with accounting office and follow-up what is needed to stay in order with all paper work. Keep backoffice orderly on cloud based filesharing. Organise office and make sure team has what they need to perform, within budget. Able to document flows and install protocols to ensure scalable teamwork between departments. Client oriented towards invoicing and customer support issues. You are an essential part of the organisation thanks to your oversight and insight.
