Can you introduce yourself?

I'm Felicia van Ham, I'm 28 years old and live in between Antwerp and Amsterdam.

What do you do in life?

I work mainly as a fashion photographer, but also as a model scout at Micha Models. So I am always looking for the next top model!

How did you discover Cocom?

Several people had recommended it to me, and I came across your account on Instagram myself.

What made you put up your own space for rent on the Cocom app?

Because I don't use my photo studio on a daily basis, it actually sits empty pretty much. Which is a shame. So I started looking for a way to rent out the studio.

How would you describe your experience with space sharing and Cocom?

It's really a very convenient app to work with. Both to hire and to rent. As a photographer, you are often looking for remote locations to organize your shoot there. Location scouting always takes a lot of time. With the app I really save a lot of time because you can quickly search for a certain type of location that fits within your mood of the shoot.

Have you already got a guest who booked your space?

I have had 1 booking so far. Everything went very smoothly. I only had to confirm the booking and otherwise I didn't have much work.

Have you booked a space yourself already?

Not yet, but I have lots of locations saved where I would like to shoot.

How are you experiencing using the app?

Efficient and targeted.

Now you mostly rent spaces for art and exhibitions. Are there any other spaces you would like to see on the app?

Spaces that are perfect for shooting, for example, a cool minimalism industrial space.

Would you recommend the app? If yes, who would you recommend it to?

Certainly, I highly recommend it to everyone actually! There's something for everyone!
