Our first Cocom recap is here! With more than thousands of users, guests, hosts, followers and friends, a lot was happening at any given moment in 2022. So let’s jump in our very own time travel machine to provide insight into 2022's most memorable moments, to put our most engaged communities in the spotlight, and reveal the biggest milestones we could only dream of achieving.

Now, time to look back on the fun, exciting, and heartwarming Cocom moments of the past year. From imagining the impossible and transforming an old building into a creative hub, to winning gold in a marathon, to even making it to the national news and winning a prestigious award. Here’s why we are grateful for 2022:

More than 250 spaces on the app

First of all, we're proud to see this number adding up every week and grateful for hosts sharing their space with guests. We're even more excited about the variety of spaces, browsing through the app always leads from one to another surprise. Did you know that you can rent a Japanese garden with a natural pool, or the changing rooms of a football club and even a penthouse with a panoramic view from the rooftop terrace?

More than 40 zip codes represented

We're even more excited by the fact that more than 40 zip codes are represented on the app, meaning that you can book space all over Flanders, Brussels en even in some parts of the Netherlands.

4000 app installs and counting

Another number to highlight is the 4000 times the app was installed! Wow! We're really happy to see our community spreading the message and want to thank all of our users for choosing our app and joining the journey of space sharing.

12 partnerships

We love connecting with likeminded communities, that's why we partnered up with some cool organizations and brands sharing the same vision. Do you remember our partnership with Breedlijn, Antwerp's art young and thriving art community, or Creative Belgium, a platform for creative professionals?

And last, but definitely not least, we won the Henry van de Velde Award for best digital product 2023, the most prestigious design award of Belgium. Epic!
