That concept - the Cocom app with all its functions and possibilities - is also making its way into the spectrum of more and more like-minded people. Creative, enterprising and open-minded hosts find their way to the app and make their own space available for rent. Think, for example, of a photographer who opens up his own studio, a coach who also rents out his practice to other professionals, a restaurant owner who also rents out his summer terrace privately, an entrepreneur with a spacious home office who offers it as a meeting room or flex-desk... For the record, you don't have to be a professional or creative at all. A surplus piece of garden, terrace, attic or studio and you have enough to become a host.
